Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Pretty Mind is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
DAMAGED ORDERS
